And we thought Printing was busy.. Our bay 5 plays host
to heavy running plotters and cutters, extra help and plenty of adhesive
Vinyl. All are a ready planned system to provide the highest quality signage,
with perfect results every time- on time.
The graphic work is formatted in our custom software
set, and then fed to high speed cutters that only pierce the first layer of
vinyl. We then manually 'weed' the material leaving the release paper behind.
Pre-masking and mounting then follow.
Our routered aluminum wellsite signs are milled,
airbrushed using sign paint, dried and sanded here with our Gerber machinery.
